Greetings from Eastern Lapland,
ACCESS – Aurora Cross-Border Coalition for Eastern Strategy and Solutions – is a cross-border project between Finland and Norway that helps local communities and authorities navigate in the rapidly changing operational environment in a proactive way. These changes arise from global environment and affect local economy and community.
This procurement concerns the Work Package 2, activity 2.2 “Conducting Feasibility Analysis of the Regional Ecosystems”. The activity aims to provide an updated understanding of how regional and local ecosystems operate in partnering regions and how they are interconnected with other areas of the North and Europe.
Core objective of the feasibility analysis is to understand the key factors needed to strengthen the regions vitality and capabilities, deepen cross-border cooperation, improve local businesses’ operational conditions and capabilities, and integrate production into broader supply and value chains.
